Kareem N’Diaye is a premier triathlete, fitness trainer, coach, sports model, and actor who is accomplished in various land and water sports.

Kareem played soccer and participated in Track & Field in Senegal, West Africa. He has boxed and cycled in competitions in Paris, France. He has trained extensively in ocean sports in French Polynesia, Hawaii, and California, with renowned coaches from New Zealand, Hawaii, and Tahiti. He has studied nutrition, fitness, and winning psychology of top athletes.
