Ivan Tamba

Ivan Tamba sits on our Board of Advisors and is an educator and coach through profession and purpose. He is a graduate of Iowa State University where he competed in track and field and a proud JUCO graduate of College of Dupage where he also competed in track and field. Since graduation Tamba has coached, worked in education and lived in two different countries (South Korea and Ethiopia). He brings a global perspective coupled with familiarity in athletics, education, and a strong belief that sports equity begins with access and in order to do that a community first approach needs to take place.
